Exchanges, Refunds and Restocking:

There may be occasions where the merchandise you purchase from Memory4Less.com turns out to be defective, incompatible, or simply not what you thought you had ordered. Whatever the case, we are here to sort this out for you.

However, we do need your cooperation in following the guidelines and rules as per product type and product category to process an exchange or a refund.

Please note that some of the parts sold on the Site are categorized under the ‘replacement parts’ market. To exchange or obtain a refund on these types of items, you must act quickly within the timeframe mentioned herein to avoid losing the option for an exchange or refund.

How can I get an RMA number?

Please click here to obtain a RMA number online. You will need your original sales order or invoice to initiate the RMA process. The sales order number is given to you at the time of your purchase. If you face difficulties obtaining the RMA number online, please call 1-800-821-3354 (Option 3) between 9:00AM to 3:00PM PST Monday – Friday.

If merchandise, that was qualified as “Free Standard Shipping, is returned, will Memory4Less.com pay for the return shipping cost?

If a non-defective item, which qualified as “Free Standard Shipping”, is returned to us for a refund, Memory4Less will deduct the cost of shipping from the order’s total amount.

If a qualified “Free Standard Shipping” item, which was found to be defective, is returned to us, Memory4Less will provide free one-way ground shipping to replace the item. If you wish to expedite delivery, the additional cost will be paid by you. However, if Memoryr4Less cannot find a replacement, we will refund you for the complete value of your purchase.

Out-of-Stock, Back-Order and Discontinued

When placing orders on our website, please be aware and understand that every item will not be available or in-stock. Memory4Less holds the right to cancel orders if the item is not available or in-stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If Memory4Less no longer carries an item that is sent for replacement or if that item is simply out-of-stock, the item will be forwarded to our RMA Department. You will be offered two options: Memory4Less can send you a comparable replacement item or Memory4Less will issue a refund at the current market value of the product. The refund will not exceed the original invoice price.

To what address should I send my returns?

All returns must have a valid RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please use a shipping service where tracking shipment is possible.

Again, please be sure to have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please note that unidentifiable packages (e.g. packages that do not have RMA numbers marked clearly on the outside) are generally refused by our receiving department and returned back to the sender.

In exchange for my RMA item, can I get a totally different product?

Our Returns and Exchange policies allow us to replace a RMA item with a similar or identical replacement only. Therefore, do not expect to exchange RMA items for different products altogether.

If your product warranty period has not yet expired and the product you have is not working, you can enter a request for an exchange RMA and we will be glad to help you get an operational product.

Must I include every individual accessory in my returns when RMA’ing?

In order for Memory4Less.com to process your RMA, you must return all software, manuals, original packaging, cables, wires, and accessories that came with your order. We cannot process a return for items shipped back to us that are incomplete.

How long does it take for my credit to appear on my credit card or debit card?

When we issue credit (for refunds), it may take up to 5 working days for it to show on your banking records. In some cases, it may take longer than 5 days. You will be informed about the situation via individual correspondence.

I have already shipped the items to Memory4Less. My RMA Status page display doesnt show you have received it?

Please call your shipper and have the package tracked. At times, even if we have received your package, it may take up to 5 working days to process the return. Once received, your RMA status will be marked as “In Process”.

If you do not receive any update about your returned package within 5 working days (after we’ve confirmed having received your package), please call us at 1-800-821-3354 (Option 3) 9:30AM to 5:00PM PST Monday – Friday or email us at support@memory4less.com to obtain an update.

Are there any type of parts in particular that Memory4Less.com does not take back?

Some of the items you order may have limited warranties on them. Make sure you review the product page as well as on your invoice carefully for Exception Warranty cases. If you are still not sure, please call us to consult with our sales staff at 1-800-821-3354 (Option 1).

In general, the 3D Memory parts you buy from the Memory4Less.com website carry a 1 Year Warranty.

Parts other than these may be new parts or replacement parts. Memory4Less is not responsible for the compatibility and/or installation of any item purchased from us. It is the complete responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason, the product is damaged or burnt during the installation, the customer is solely responsible for it. Most new items sold on the Site carry manufacturer’s warranty and you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly.

In the case of replacement parts, you must act quickly and abide by the Terms and Conditions of Refund and Exchange stated on this Site to avoid losing the option.
